1. How to get GN Points?
GN Points can be acquired in 3 different ways:
- Log in daily and get your points by clicking GET DAILY GN - this way you can generate points once every 24 hours.
- Invite your friends through INVITE FRIENDS tab
- Perform daily missions from MISSIONS tab
2. The prize can not be ordered because it is unavailable. Why?
- Prizes are available during restocks. Restocks are usually once a month. The dates of restocks will be announced on our official fanpage as well as in the news on Gokano.com. The next big restock will take place in October.
3. How many people do I have to invite to receive the GOLD
MEMBER rank and to acquire 2 times the GN Points and to receive a free
t-shirt?
- 30 people.
4. Does Gokano ship prizes to any country in the world?
- Yes, it does.
5. How many points will I receive for each task?
- for inviting a member - 1GN
- for daily log-ins and clicking GET DAILY GN - 1GN
- for daily missions - 1GN or more
Members with GOLD MEMBER rank receive double the amount of points for each task!
6. I acquired the GOLD MEMBER rank. What do I do to get the free t-shirt?
- We will be sending out e-mails asking you to privude us with your address. E-mails are sent manually. Everyone will receive such e-mail, so we ask for your patience.
7. Restock - what is it?
- It's the moment when the prizes are available to be exchanged for points. Remember that the amount of prizes is limited.
